McGibbon believes strongly in a fee-based business because it allows our firm to offer objective, straight-forward advice on investments. As a firm we offer no commission based sales products. Portfolios are designed based on individual criteria and allocation is extremely important to maximize future returns.

McGibbon is a fee-based firm that is registered as an investment advisor under the Investment Act of 1940. The firm was founded in 1999 to help clients maximize the total return on their assets. The firm’s philosophy is to help preserve and grow capital in a manner that is consistent with our client’s objectives. McGibbon adheres to a growth and valued-added approach. This requires both patience and discipline. Typically a broadly diversified list of common stocks, convertible securities, bonds and cash equivalents is used in structuring a portfolio. McGibbon uses a flexible mix that is based on customer’s needs, economic conditions and market risk/reward factors. It is the goal of the company to both control risk and grow the clients assets in a manner that is most consistent with stated objectives. Personal meetings set the stage for a mutually successful relationship. Clients personal and professional goals are carefully considered, objectives are understood and a strategy is defined. Each account is maintained separately and is continuously supervised.Quarterly reports provide an accurate profile of actual and relative performance. McGibbon’s analysis and research methods are based almost exclusively on traditional fundamental means.

Brent McGibbonIn March of 1999 Brent ended a six year tenure with Charles Schwab as both a broker and an investment Specialist. During his tenure at Schwab Brent successful facilitated stock, bond and options trades for affluent individuals.

Brent graduated in 1990 from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Media Arts. In 1999, he completed his MBA from the University of Phoenix. Professionally, Brent is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Southeast Denver. This Council is actively involved in pursuing public education regarding estate planning issues.
